Rambling River Days – 5th
Annual Best Ribs Cook-Off
Open
to anyone with a Rambling River Days button and hosted by the Farmington
Independent. Deadline to register is noon on Friday, June 20.
The
Farmington Independent will supply 10 pounds of pork spare ribs, which
can be picked up anytime after 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 21.
Ribs
must be prepared on site and will be judged on appearance, taste and
tenderness.
The
winner will receive a 2008 championship trophy and a $50 cash prize.
